About Mike DeBaugh:
Mike DeBaugh, JD, MBA, PMP, is the founder of Crimson Business Consulting, based in Anne Arundel County, where he advises Maryland small and mid-sized businesses on strategy, operations, and the legal side of growing. He is a licensed Maryland attorney with a background in litigation program management with the DOJ, FDIC & US Marshals. He is currently completing a doctorate in management at the University of Maryland's Robert H. Smith School of Business.
